3x Move in 1 Year

April4

Whew! It has been a year since we moved up here in Minnesota.  So far, everything turned out really well for us.  I could just remember that our concern last year was how to move our stuff from Florida to here.  We have compared various moving companies that can give us a good deal for a one-way trip.  But in the end, TS ended up moving with his car and whatever things he can fit in his car.  I on the other hand was trying to generate an income while having a vacation in the Netherlands.

Twelve months have passed and a lot of things happened.  We stayed with TS’ uncle’s basement for 3 months.  After that, we rented Nick’s (TS’ bestfriend) spare room.  And 3 months later, we moved here in our place which doesn’t seem like a long time ago. The move to Minnesota was one of the good decisions we’ve done and it definitely worked out for us.

    hey Eric!
all is well. Winter is long but I enjoyed it. there are still a lot of things i want to do during winter but haven’t done it.
Spring is just around the corner and I’m already enjoying the above 30 degrees temperature.
hope you will have a good week too!
    take care!

3x in a year! We just moved to a new flat last month and it was an experience I wish I don’t have to go through again. Boxing, transporting, unboxing, arranging, adjusting… whew! Actually, the most tiring part was searching for the right flat and making a good deal with the owner. Unfortunately, it’s going to be a yearly routine for us here in Singapore unless our landlady agrees to extend our contract. Our previous landlord decided to move back to his flat after our contract ends so we had no choice but to get out. :(
