We just moved to a new flat last month and it was an experience I wish I don't have to go through again. Boxing, transporting, unboxing, arranging, adjusting... whew! Actually, the most tiring part was searching for the right flat and making a good deal with the owner. Unfortunately, it's going to be a yearly routine for us here in Singapore unless our landlady agrees to extend our contract. Our previous landlord decided to move back to his flat after our contract ends so we had no choice but to get out. :( 3x in a year!
