Is Online Certication for Me?
Last year has been very difficult for our economy. It has made employment really challenging. In fact, we can still feel the effects of it this year. Many companies including IBM continued to lay-off people. All the more it made the job search competition even tougher. So what do we need to do to nail the job?
Get yourself in the door by having an effective, targeted, customized resume and a cover letter. Highlight experiences and interests that matched the employer’s need. Many job seekers have high level education and good job experiences. If you don’t have it, you’d think that you can’t even compete with these people. Don’t give up, you can actually earn CAPM certificate online at St. Joseph’s University.
The project management curriculum prepares management professionals to apply management principles and at the same time lead project teams in achieving the goal of success. Anyone can be a team player but not everyone can manage and lead people. The online courses are designed by professionals who are experts in their field. They are instructor-facilitated broken down into modules for easy digestion and to fit one’s pace. They include readings, lecture notes, supplemental videos and readings, discussion questions, case study analyses and course projects. While learning, you will receive feedback that will help you improve your skills.
The online certification is not only limited to project management but there are many more. Is online certification for me? It is if you if you have the desire to climb up the ladder of the workforce. It is for you if you want to work or attend the course at your own pace. It is for you if you are willing to take the challenge of becoming successful. What’s good about earning an online certification is that you don’t sacrifice your time with your family, job or other activities. Having a certification will expand your opportunities for career advancement. This will also position you to receive significant pay increases.
So, are you ready for the challenge?

Hello Jacs, I would like to enhance my knowledge but I don’t know where to start. I have read and heard in the news that having a degree on a medical field will give you a better job and that it’s also recession proof.
I don’t know, I haven’t decided yet… maybe someday.

that’s right, Haze! medical field is indeed recession proof. coz whether you are rich or poor, you’d definitely get sick and will need medical services.
i’d like to venture into that coz i’ve long wanted to become a doctor. but it seems that such goal will have to wait. kayod muna!
