Feeling Good and Looking Good
In our recent days, we seemed to be living in a fast-food age and the condition of our skin is often neglected. So it is necessary for us to have a skin care program that will guide us living a healthy lifestyle and routine with a combination of skin care products that will be beneficial to our skin. First, we need to consider our diet and lifestyle since these two played a very important role in the health of our skin.
Feed and nourish your skin by eating the proper foods. You can’t beat the good old fruit and vegetable diet when it comes to good health and good complexion. Give your skin a drink too. The ideal amount of water intake is at least 8 glasses a day. It is essential for your skin’s elasticity and suppleness. Don’t count coffee or caffeinated soda as part of your 8 glasses since caffeine is dehydrating.
Consider and give some thought on the type of make-up that you will use. It is important that the product you choose for your skin care regimen reflect the type of skin you have and its condition. Consider using iS Clinical products which is made from the purest, most efficacious ingredients, sourced from throughout the world – all of which have been clinically tested for both safety and superior capabilities. These scienficially advanced skin care line receives great reviews from beauty magazines, dermatologists and customers. Many of their products are only available through dermatologists and cannot be purchased at a spa or department stores. The founder of iDerma – Dr. Gregory Nikolaidis of Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in Austin, Texas advocates that a comprehensive skin treatment program combats photo-aging and the onset of serious skin conditions. So he made these products which he recommended for his own patients to be available to the general consumers conveniently in the internet.
Set a good exercise program that will activate and rejuvenate the skin and improve circulation and blood flow. Also, body sweat triggers production of sebum, which is the skin’s own natural moisturizer.
As much as possible, find ways to remove stress. We all know that acne breakouts occur to those people who are usually stressed out. Try to find time to relax, medidate or even day-dream. Be sure to get enough sleep. Remember that too much stress can affect your overall health as well as your complexion.
Once you have established this routine and you live with this lifestyle, you will eventually start to feel good about yourself and the beauty from within will radiate towards the outside. You will not only feel good but also look good!

mita, your post is very informative. didnt know that caffeine is dehydrating, i dont drink coffee anyway. But yes, food intake plays a major role in having flawless skin and age is also a big factor. the older you get the more effort you have to put out to have the skin you want.

By the way Jace, you’ved got a majestic look.
