Boot is one type of footwear that comes in various types and uses. There is always a type of boot that will fit you in any season. Boots are considered safety footwear and are commonly worn on cold weather as they cover at least the feet and the ankles and sometimes extend to the knee or even the hips that allows us to wear dresses on those cold days.

Boots were also worn as work-shoes because of their durability and dependability. Safety boots for example provide protection in the wilderness or industrial settings. Boots that have good traction, provides protection from chemical exposure, supports the ankle makes a boot a safety footwear that you can depend on.

Specialty boots have been designed for many types of sports specificially, riding, skiing and snowboarding, skating and sporting in wet conditions.  I purchased my first ever snowboard boots last week and made sure that it does not only provide protection but most importantly comfort as I try to involve myself in a very physical winter activity.  I got one that will not only keep my feet warm as i exposed myself too much on the snow but a booth that provides heel retention or hold and smooth flex.

Fashionable boots may have all variations seen on fashionable footwear.  Some have tapered heels, zipper closures, pointed toes, platform soles and the like.  These boots are commonly lightweight and cool that makes it wearable during warmer days.  Wearing cowboy boots with a sundress is a cute fashion statement, and even cowboy boots and jeans can be a fun look for a night out with friends. However, it is important to make sure that these boots are fashionable and generally match with the outfit.

Boots has indeed become popular nowadays be it in colder or warmer days.  If you choose to wear boots because of its usefulness, because it’s stylish or simply because it is the best footwear choice of the occasion, it is best to remember that in choosing boots, the number one thing to consider is its ability to provide you comfort on top of the look.
