Recipe: Breaded Chicken Fillet

cimg1600 Recipe: Breaded Chicken FilletWhile I was having a good time chatting with my sisters on Yahoo! Messenger, it  came to a point that we were just exchanging recipes.  The recent one was the Kip Saute a la Mina of which recipe I will share later on when I am able to get a good picture of the dish.  For the meantime, allow me to share to you one of my successful recipes called the Breaded Chicken Fillet.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs chicken breast fillets
  • Chicken Cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • lemon wedges
  • green peas, buttered

Procedure:

  1. Flatten chicken breast fillets until the meat is of even thickness, about 1/2 inch. Cut meat into uniform serving portions. Rub with Chicken Cubes and lemon juice. Let stand 20 min.
  2. Beat eggs with salt and 2 tbsp water. Dust each chicken piece with flour then dip in the egg mixture. Roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Drain in paper towels and serve with Lemon Butter Sauce or lemon wedges and buttered green peas.

It’s so easy isn’t it?  They said that a good way to a man’s heart is through his stomach and this is just a perfect recipe to fill that inner space in him.  So try it and enjoy this delish dish!

hello lods! you should try this one. it’s really yummy.
as for the other one, there’s no curry in it. it is in fact easier than this one. the recipe is there so just use it when you plan to cook it.

You can use any chicken rub available or simply use salt and pepper.
