The heart is the most hardworking organ in the body.  From the moment that it starts beating, until the moment it stops, the human heart works tirelessly.  It continues to pump blood to all the parts of the body without pausing.  Thus it provides the power needed to live.

Our eldest sister- Raquel has been experiencing chest pains and heart palpitations.  We advised her to make an appointment with our family Cardiologist - Dr. Maureen Magsaysay-Santos.  After series of tests, she was diagnosed with Ischaemic Heart Disease.  The term was too scienfic for me that I could not tell what it was.  So, I went ahead and made my search about this disease and I came across the Heart Library presented by St. Jude Medical.  They have videos that will make us easily understand the functions of the heart and what the disease is all about.  The site makes it easier for us to understand complicated scientific and medical terms.  There are lots of good information you can find there.

It is very essential for us to take care of our heart.  Therefore, we have to be acquainted about its functions and how to take care of it.  Visit the site before it’s too late!

I think I need to visit this heart library. I am currently having palpitation. We really should be aware of our health condition.

Do they also heal broken hearts? Just kiddin ;-)

Is your sister ok? I hope she is.

I’ve been putting too much concern on my health, lately. Everybody should do it.

You stay heartily healthy, too, Jace.

Hi Sky!
You are full of wisdom when it comes to life. I expect you can deal with a broken heart too.
My sister is okay. She is taking some maintenance to avoid more plaque from building up and of course, she needs to watch her diet.
I am also trying to watch my diet not to become slim but at least to be healthy.
We can do this, sky!
