		<description>dear mima,

you can enter or exist in schengen states any time and your stay in every six months should not be more than 90 days. it applies if you have one year MULT entry visa.

		<description>hi saraelles,

you can apply one month stay but it depends on visa officer whether he would give you for one month only or for three monts. it depends on your previous travel history. its better if you get three months visa because if you would get one month, then you are bound to travel within one month and if due to some reason you cant travel in one month then you have to get visa again for travelling to schengen. so i would suggest you to apply for three months visa and travel whenver you like.

Good Luck!
